We train clients in high-end, private gyms located on the Upper West Side and Upper East Side. These are clean, uncrowded, and fully equipped spaces. Studio IX & The Fitness Office are our partners.
Your first session includes a relaxed intake where we talk about your health history and goals. Then, we’ll guide you through a few gentle movement assessments and finish with a custom plan and welcome kit. No stress, no judgment.
Not at all. Our programs are designed for all levels — whether you're starting fresh, returning after injury, or managing a condition like Parkinson’s. We meet you exactly where you are.
Yes. Our boxing therapy is non-contact and specifically designed to improve balance, mobility, and coordination for individuals with Parkinson’s. Safety is always our top priority.
Absolutely. Our anti-bullying boxing sessions for kids and teens are confidence-building, structured, and supportive — focused on self-discipline, not violence.
